Finding a venue in Sicily is easy. Finding one that works for a specific event, with a specific number of guests, a specific supplier list and a specific date, is not. The photographs are always good. The problems appear later: no truck access, no power for the lighting rig, a curfew nobody mentioned, parking two kilometres away.
We are the local partner that checks those things before you commit. Based in Partinico, between Palermo and Trapani, we survey venues across Sicily for agencies, brands and event producers working from abroad. We do not represent the venues and we take no commission from them, so the recommendation stays technical.
Content shoots have different constraints from events: light, crew space and the freedom to move. For photo and video work we survey windows and orientation, power for lights, room for a crew and grip, and restrictions from the owner on hours and rooms. If the shoot needs permits or a drone, that is part of the same survey.

Research and visits, with photographs, measurements and technical notes for each venue.
Prices start from, VAT excluded. Venue rental, catering, suppliers and travel are quoted separately. Two or three venues can be covered in one day, depending on distance.
You keep the client and the creative direction. We handle the ground: venues, site visits, local suppliers, permits, timing and the person standing in the room on the day. Calls and reports are in English; the paperwork with Italian authorities is ours.
If the event needs a stage, a set or a screen, we also build it: 3D design and set building and a 650 m² sound stage are part of the same structure, which is useful when the venue cannot host a build.
Western Sicily is our base: Palermo, Trapani, Marsala, Agrigento, the Belice valley and the coast between Scopello and San Vito Lo Capo. We also cover Catania, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and the Aeolian islands, planning the order of visits so the crew does not cross the island twice.
